Здравствуйте!
Пожалуйста, проконсультируйте меня. У моего мужа (46 лет) на теле много родинок и родимых пятен. одно пятно из них мне сильно не нравилось. с огромным трудом уговорила пойти к дерматологу, он посмотрел и это родимое пятно удалил, послал его на биопсию. Ниже результаты биопсии. Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться- что у моего мужа- диспластическая родика с атипичными клетками-предраковое состояние или уже она переродилась в начальную стадию меланомы?
в зависимости от диагноза, какие дальнейшие действия?

submitted is an irregular,pigmented specimen measuring, 1.8 cm, margins and base inked,multiple cross- sections taken for margins in #2. pm/mu
[U]microscopic description[/U]
Multiple sections taken through this biopsy specimen show a melanocytic lesion. The epidermis shows hyperplasia with elongation of the rete. along the junction and extending up and down the rete in a lentiginous pattern are an increased number of melanocytic cells. These cells and are show mild atypia present both singly and as nets. no evidence of pagetoid spread is noted. focally there is bridging of the cells between adjacent rete The junctional component extends laterally beyond the dermal nevus component. The papillary dermis shows evidence of of lamellar fibroplasia. Also within the dermis is an inflammatory infiltrate of lymphocytes,histiocytes and scattered melanophages In additional nevus cells are present within the dermis The changes in these sections represent those of a melanocytic nevus, compound type with evidence of architectural and cytologic atypia,mild (dysplastic nevus)
